How To Become Magnetic – Unapologetically Authentic

Hey besties, it’s time to, quite frankly, stop giving a f***! Stop caring about what people think. Stop caring about their perception of you. Like truly, begin embracing your own individualistic energy. It’s time to step into the person that you’ve always wanted to be. It’s time to start following your desires unapologetically, so long as it’s not hurting anybody, obviously! Let’s talk about stepping into your true authenticity and not feeling pressured into conforming to a way of being because of society or because other people tell you that you need to be that way. It’s time to start striving after what you want.

To go after what you desire and not limit yourself or put yourself in a box just because your mom, dad, friends, significant other, or just people within our society are telling you to. In order to create norms, we have to first figure out what the norm is for us. A lot of the things that we consider normal within society are not necessarily… Normal. A lot of beliefs have been carried out because somebody with power, money, or affluence thought so strongly about that one belief and they pushed it out relentlessly. They pushed their narrative. It’s time for you to step into that energy too! In the same way that you hear about billionaires being eccentric and individualistic. You need to also be unapologetically authentic. Yeah, it may be true that the majority of these ultra-rich folk have the privilege to be unapologetically authentic because they’ve been given the ability to. They’ve been given the space to grow into who they want to be regardless of other people’s opinions and limits, specifically limits, because we all feel like we have certain limits imposed upon us. We sometimes feel the need to adhere to a certain way of being, and it’s because of a multitude of reasons, like if we don’t behave the way that people want us to behave, it could potentially make us lose out on business dealings or other opportunities. It could potentially make us lose out on forming friendships. It could potentially make us miss out on a plethora of opportunities, whether it relates to career, personal life, love matters, etc.

A lot of people feel like they have to perform or put up a façade in order to fit in with people. The thing is, the right people will align with you naturally. You don’t need to put up bravado. Anyone who is deterred from being a part of your life probably wasn’t meant to be there anyway. When you’re unapologetically authentic, you attract authentic people. I’m not saying this is something that’s easy, because when you step into your authenticity, it requires you to also establish boundaries, and there are a lot of people that aren’t going to like that, but before you begin to attract people in alignment with you, you first have to ward off the people who refuse to respect your boundaries and challenge your authenticity.

When you’re authentic, you eventually begin to attract business partners, friendships, opportunities, and lovers that are actually in alignment with you. People who respect your boundaries and celebrate your uniqueness do so because they resonate with the authenticity that you’re emanating. I encourage you to be who you want to fucking be regardless of who accepts you and who thinks that your way of being is outlandish or weird. Embrace your weirdness. Embrace your eccentricity. Embrace your individuality because, at the end of the day, we’re all individualistic beings; nobody is the same. We all have different minds, which means that within our minds, we all have different universes. I encourage you to explore that. Our minds, our neural network, is composed of the experiences that we’ve lived through and the programming that has been indoctrinated into our minds through environmental factors. Even if you share a similar experience with another person, say with your siblings, in terms of being raised with the same parents in the same household, you will all interpret your experiences in a different manner.

The way that we think, the choices we end up making, the beliefs we choose to adopt. All of these things help us get to the root of our authenticity. These beliefs can be rewired on a subconscious level through intention and mindfulness. Although some would beg to differ, we have free will. Regardless of the situation that you were born into. Regardless of the scarcity of choices that you may have. Regardless of whether you may have to wait some time before you’re able to get out of a bad situation, you do to some capacity, have free will.

There might be predetermined factors that have influence over our lives, but ultimately, we have the ability to make the decisions to actualize change. We operate through our neural network. This is essentially the structure of our brain, and we develop it through our experiences. This means the decisions that we make are all composed of information we’ve taken in from our past experiences. Every interaction, every experience, essentially acts as a predetermining factor for our future. They’ve even conducted tests that show us through FMRI technology that the brain’s mortar cortex can be detected 300 ms before an individual decides to make an actual movement. In other words, most of the time we’re acting through habits, which just happens to be very deep-rooted, subconscious beliefs.

Despite our circumstances, we have the ability to make our own decisions. The thing is, one small decision can catapult you towards a completely new reality by acting as a domino effect in a plethora of other small changes you inact following the initial change. For example, say you make a very minor change to your diet by drinking a glass of Kefir milk once a day. Although it’s such a small change, because kefir is known to have good bacteria that’s beneficial to our guts, the small change then begins to produce an increase of serotonin. Serotonin is a neural chemical that makes us feel happy, focused, and calm. Let’s say you have an increase in serotonin due to the small change you made to your diet by consuming a product that literally makes you happier on a gut and neurological level.

One can say that this could prompt even more changes. Studies have shown an increase in serotonin and neural chemicals, which essentially make us feel good, leads to an increase in productivity and overall well-being. You implemented a change in your thought patterns, and then it manifested into reality. Because of this small change, you started feeling happier. This acts as a domino effect that catapults you towards making even more changes in your life. Say your good mood prompts you to start working out because you have an increase in energy. Given that studies have proven that exercising helps release neural chemicals that are good for you, like endorphins, let’s just say that you hypothetically start feeling high on life. You’re feeling so good because you’re releasing serotonin from the Kafir you’re drinking daily and endorphins from the exercise you’re performing daily. This then leads to even more beneficial changes to your well-being because you’re in good energy and other people enjoy being around you more. This in turn helps you form friendships, and then you begin to impact your friends in a beneficial way. So on and so forth. I think you pretty much got the idea now. Cause and effect.

I’m not saying it’s super easy; I’m saying it’s not impossible. This takes an incredible amount of intention and mindfulness. It all comes down to creating new neural pathways, which essentially means forming new habits or rewiring your subconscious beliefs. It’s important to remember that our thought patterns are also habits that we developed throughout the years. Our habits are formed through our subconscious beliefs. A belief is a thought pattern, and a thought pattern is simply a thought that you keep thinking over and over and over again. When we continuously entertain specific behaviors, they become habits, and our habits eventually become our lifestyle. Everything is habitual, until it eventually becomes a ritual.

So when it comes down to it, it’s about forming new ways of thinking. This can be done when you take the time to intentionally explore your subconscious beliefs through introspection. When we begin to face our truths and come to terms with the experiences we had in the past, we can then begin to create a new world for ourselves. This is because without first confronting our truths, we cannot grow past the programming that was instilled into us within our childhood. It comes down to exploring your shadow side. The aspects of yourself that you try to repress and hide away. That part of yourself deserves to be explored, and it’s not until you explore it that you can truly step into your authenticity. Get to know yourself and question your own beliefs, especially so that you don’t project onto others. Get to know what you attach value to. Explore what brings you purpose in life. Find your own meaning behind the meaningless existence that is happening, because everything is meaningless until we attach value to it.

”Vincit qui se vincit” means “He conquers, who conquers himself.”

To refuse yourself self-exploration is to go against yourself. Explore your flaws, your weaknesses, your strengths, and the things that bring you joy. Through exploring yourself and making peace with your shadow, you conquer yourself. Not only does this help you step into your authentic self, but it also brings progression into your life. It catapults you forward, allowing you to become the best version of yourself. Allowing you to be unapologetically authentic.
